Method of Preparation

Ingredients:

• Chocolate Flavored Coconut Flour Muffin Mix: 250g
• Eggs: 7
• Virgin Coconut Oil: 160g
• Water: 100ml

Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix at slow speed for 1 minute, then at high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into muffin cups.
4. Bake at 190°C for about 30-35 minutes (baking time and temperature will depend on the size of the muffins).
