Our Vanilla Flavoured Coconut Muffin Mix is rich in protein and fiber,

convenient premix requires very little preparation time, making it easy to bake
delicious muffins at home.

Method of Preparation

Ingredients:

• Vanilla Flavored Coconut Flour
  Muffin Mix: 250g
• Eggs: 7
• Virgin Coconut Oil: 160g
• Water: 100ml

Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients into a
   mixing bowl.
2. Mix at slow speed for 1 minute,
   then at high speed for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into muffin
   cups.
4. Bake at 190°C for about 30-35
   minutes (baking time and temperature will depend on the size of the
   muffins).
