Method of Preparation
Ingredients:
- Vanilla Flavored Coconut Flour
Muffin Mix: 250g - Eggs: 7
- Virgin Coconut Oil: 160g
- Water: 100ml
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients into a
mixing bowl. - Mix at slow speed for 1 minute,
then at high speed for 5 minutes. - Pour the mixture into muffin
cups. - Bake at 190°C for about 30-35
minutes (baking time and temperature will depend on the size of the
muffins).
