Method of Preparation

Ingredients:

  • Coconut Flour Bread Mix: 250g
  • Organic Virgin Coconut Oil: 190ml
  • Eggs: 14
  • Water: 95ml

Instructions:

  1. Place the Coconut Flour Bread Mix into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, and water.
  3. Mix at slow speed for 1 minute, then at high speed for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf tray and bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.

  • Secondary Packaging: 300 GSM box board cartons in 3-ply corrugated cartons

Packaging Details:

  • 250 g x 12 per 20 FCL – 2300 cartons (non-palletised), 1700 cartons (palletised)
  • 250 g x 18 per 20 FCL – 1740 cartons (non-palletised), 1200 cartons (palletised)

Storage and Shelf Life

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an air-tight container.
  • Shelf Life: 12 months
